OOA Content Management System for designers

Oxford Open Architecture V1.0 available for Oxil clients

23 November 2009

Oxil are proud to announce the availability of Oxford Open Architecture V1.0 and the Decorator Content Management System for private client use.  The system will be licensed to clients on Open Source basis, and offers them an early opportunity to obtain software scheduled for general release no earlier than 2011.

The system consolidates a number of core library developed by Oxil for the last seven years, and offers clients a fantastic corporate system out-of-the-box, and considerable cost-savings on further software development.

The software system is described by its inventors as an 'Information Management System', 'at the heart of most business systems is an effective information management system (database engine, security layers, access permissions, and a method of organising your work)', says Mark Robertshaw, System's Architect.  It is these components that Oxil have modelled in the generic OOA framework which is also geared up to be readily adapted for further software development.
