Oxil is proud to announce that fellow Director, Mark Robertshaw has been awarded a major UK IT Industry award by the British Computer Society, 2009. Mark was awarded the prestigious of 'Finalist, Developer of the Year, 2009' in recognition of his abilities and creative flair.  Mark stated that he was 'very pleased' with the award, 'it has been a tremendous year, we have taken on so many exciting projects, and I have been developing some core systems in the background, to drive a number of client systems'.

Oxil are proud to announce the availability of Oxford Open Architecture V1.0 and the Decorator Content Management System for private client use.  The system will be licensed to clients on Open Source basis, and offers them an early opportunity to obtain software scheduled for general release no earlier than 2011.

The Oxil Software team have released their own Content Management system for private client use.  Following 7 years of development the system is being shipped with all new client software with immediate effect. 'For years the team has been struggling with third-party and alternative Content Management Frameworks' says Lucien Taylor, Managing Director.
