Lucien Taylor - Managing Director
Lucien began his career in the arts, and later gained a first class degree in Computing and Mathematics. Prior to co-founding Oxil in 2002, Lucien worked for eight years in the health sector and publishing, developing a passion for computer systems and workflow automation.
In 2006, he was enrolled as a Chartered IT Professional, and in 2009, he gained an MBA with the Open University.
Philip Prince – Director, Operations
Philip is a Chartered IT Professional (British Computing Society) with thirty years’ experience in information technology and management for military, business and public sector applications. He has been awarded a Bachelors of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Arts from University of Oxford.
Mark Robertshaw – Director, Systems Architect
Mark has been designing and implementing complex systems using Object Oriented techniques and best practice methodologies for approaching ten years. After gaining a masters degree in Mathematics at Oxford University, Mark entered the IT sector and has since gained expertise in a number of different programming languages and paradigms as well as specialising in database design and performance tuning. In recognition of his abilities and creative flair, Mark was selected as a System Developer of the year finalist for the British Computer Society awards in 2009.
